Pentre Ifan

On the edge of the Preseli hills, the dolman at Pentre Ifan is one of the best of its kind in Europe. It was built about 5500 years ago, and would originally have been covered with a large mound of stone. Today you can walk underneath the massive 16 tonne capstone and enjoy the wonderful view.
